ME to XP Pro Upgrade Cannot copy digopt.ms_

During my ME to XP upgrade I got one error message.
Cannot copy digopt.ms_ from i386.

It was tryingto copy the file from:
c:\$WIN_NT$.~LS\i386

The upgrade allowed me to continue without copying this file. Anyone know
what this might be, and how necessary the file is? I'd like to load it if
required. Also I have a folder System_sav that was left over from ME, and
although I changed file systems to NTFS this file is still FAT32 and taking
up 2 G of space...is it needed?

With xp pro,youre actually better off booting to xp cd and doing a clean
installation instead of upgradeing,xp doesnt need or use any ME software
nor does it want them.....So long as ME is installed,or if you have the
windows
ME cd,youre set,xp will need one or the other to verify a prior windows OS
exists,after you install ME cd,it verifys,remove ME cd,replace it with xp
cd so
it can continue to install.
