MDAC 2.7 Issues!!!

Have a new installation of Windows XP (an IBM OEM) with
MDAC 2.7 SP1 installed. Running Componetary checker I am
coming up with several file not found errors yet the file
exists in the correct place on the hard drive. I cannot
successfully register these files and I believe them to be
the cause of my problem with my accounting software which
will not let me export to Excel (due to MDAC)

Can anyone please help?

Perhaps installing the latest MDAC service pack -
available for download here:
http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=FH;
[LN];sp& - (MDAC 2.7 SP1a)will solve your problem. Hope
this helps.
