MCSPMPEG.AX error

I am running Windows ME and keep receiving "explorer has
caused an error to MCSPMPEG.AX" when trying to download
videos. I found suggested solutions, on this site, to the
other problem I had which was a kernel32.dll message but I
can't find anything on this other problem. I would greatly
appreciate any advice.Thank you.
