I recently had a motherboard failure. I replaced the motherboard with
the exact same model which I had previously. Everything went smoothly
but when I want to access my 4 hard drives, I am only able to access
my C drive.

The bios detects my drives are present and the drives do appear in the
computer management console as being Healthy. I tried Doug Knox fix
but that didn't work. Everything is grayed out if I right click the
drive in the Computer Management Console.

I also went into the gpedit.msc and there is no entry for hiding these
drives in the Admin Templates/win component/win explorer/
Anybody have any Ideas.

Do they look ok in device manager? Did you try reinstalling the drivers?
Are the connectors seated properly?

All the drives appear in Device Manager and are reported as working
fine.

Connectors are seated properly, too

Grasping at a straws:

1. Sign on as administrator to see if the drives are available? Via safe
mode in XP Home; cntl-alt-delete twice at welcome screen in XP Pro.

2. Uninstall the drives and reboot.

3. Rollback driver.
