mcafee epolicy popup update notifications

Hi, can you tell me how can I disable the popups that inform me that an
update is going on? Every hour or less there is this annoying update
that appears and I cannot disable it, nor the adiminstrator knows what
to do.
We've got mcafeeepolicy orchestrator v3.5 and virusscan enterprise
8.0.0.
