Just reporting for those searching that I found another case that
mfehidk.sys will blue screen your maachine.

Mcafee denies respondsibilty on this problem and current blames Daemon
Tools.

Well this computer does not have daemon tools.

As soon as I installed a program called Student Backup (background
online backup program for students)mfesysk.sys Blue Screened the
system.

This system is a brand new Laptop running Vista with mcafee installed
from the factory.

Fresh restore, do all updates, install Student Backup and then
randomly during backup it crashes.

A kernel driver should never double fault and that's what it's doing.

Have you tried updating the file as mentioned here
http://ts.mcafeehelp.com/displaydoc.asp?docid=410102&CategoryId=106037

IT is a fix for another issue but may help.
