I just installed and tried it, and it works exactly as advertised on
the latest version of Firefox. Since I'm a *very* recent convert to
Firefox, I can assure anyone who wants to try it that it's just like
using the Favorites in IE. I feel right at home.

one time my wife brought home a gecko. She said that someone at work
told her it would go around the apartment and kill all the cockroaches.
I thought, hey, its worth a try...
We let the thing out of its cage and loose in the apartment, and it
disappeared into a hole in the wall, and was never seen again. There
went me 47 bucks...

I like Firefox but experienced the same delay when opening the Firefox
Browser.
Went back to using the Avant Browser. Offers the same basic features as
Firefox
without some of the problems.
