Maximizing the browser window upon launch

Hi,

Something must have changed my browser settings. In the
past when navigating from one web site to another, each
new site would open up to a full screen window. When I
hyerlink now from one site to another, the new browser
does not open up in a full sized window. Anyone have any
idea how to resolve this?

Open such a link.
Don't use the maximize button.
Stretch the edges/corners so that the window fills the screen.
Close all other IE windows.
Close the stretched window.

Whar Frank wanted to say is that Outlook Express and IE can't remeber maximize setting but can remember windows size before closing.
