maximizing memory real estate in an Asus P5WD2

I would like to maximize the memory real estate on the P5WD2, starting off
by installing 2 Gigs, on the way to filling up the other two slots in the
future with more RAM if I need it. I will be using the Intel 830 CPU, and
eventually a 64 bit OS. Can you please
recommend how I should proceed? At ZipZoomFly, the MB Memory recommender
lists: 2Gig Module-Corsair TWIN2X1024A-6400 1GB Kit DDR2-800 XMS2-6400. I
went to the Crucial page, and even though they do not seem to even list the
board yet, it seems that their product would be, it seems: 2Gig
Module-Crucial- CT2KIT12864AA53E. There is a slight disparity between the
prices, but I am unsure if they are really comparable. (This is my first
totally self built system, as may be obvious.) Any other brand would be
fine, I am just familiar and happy with Crucial.
Could you please recommend a solution? Also I am very interested in the
best economic solution. I do not play games on this computer, (mainly use
it for SQL Server, VisualStudio 2003, and beyond, and Adobe CS) so I may not
need super fast memory.
