Maximize Windows

How can I set IE6 to open a new window in maximized
format. Every time it opens a new window I get a 3 x 3
inch window.
 
Try stretching the small window to full size. (Do not use Maximize)
Ensure that window is the last one closed and IE should remember the
size next time.
