Maximize Frame

Using Win 98Se and Int Exp 6.0. The windows in Int Exp always open
minimized. How do I get them to open maximized?
 
Try stretching the small window to full size. (Do not use Maximize)
Ensure that window is the last one closed and IE should remember the
size next time.
