maxamize windows

when i log on to the internet my window is not max i have
to click on the top in the righ hand corner at the top it
does that on every windows that comes up.what can i do to
get it to max without clicking up in the right hand corner?

from IE tools,internet options,advace tab,restore

defaults.Then take youe pointer out it on boto till it
turns into arrows pull it to the sides,top bottom.
