Matrox Millenium G200 Display Adapter

After removing and subsequently reinstalling my Matrox
video card (driver uninstalled then reinstalled), the
computer successfully boots fully into W2K. However, after
a few seconds, it then displays a STOP error message with
the following: MULTIPLE_IRP_ COMPLETE_REQUESTS.

Any assistance would be appreciated, as the MS Knowledge
Base responses do not seem to apply.
