Master / Sub document automentaton

Hi,

I need to automate master document creation from a generic
header document (4pages) and then various combinations of
12 sub docs.

Can I create a simple check box that users can select what
chapters to include ??? Then a button that saves the
master doc down as a new file name ?

Thanks in advance.

Ray

Thanks for that Charles,

I am getting the same feedback from all my sources, most
of them not so polite !

So what do I do. I have an e-commerce site with 12
modules. I have 250 clients at the moment that can use any
combination of these modules, all of them, one of them, 4
of them . . etc etc. I want to automate user guide
creation so that a novice can tick what modules are
required and it will fill-in the relevant chapters.

Any ideas ?

Ray.

Use IncludeText fields instead? You could do this with a formfield checkbox
and an on-exit macro. Possibly in combination with AutoText for shorter
passages. If you want I can email you a form that uses on-exit macros in
checkboxes to change the text on the form.
