Master slide

i have been asked to look at a friends powerpoint. she is using 2003 and it
would appear that every slide in her show is a master. i have no idea how
this has been acheived but how can i undo it. i would like one slide to be
the master and all the other snot.

Click View > Master > Slide Master.
If the content (such as background, logo and etc) are added on the slide
master, all slides will follow the master. If you want only the first slide
to have these content, one way you can do is to click Insert > New Title
master.
Cut and paste the content from the slide master to the title master.
Close Master View.
Click Format > Slide Layout.
Set the first slide to title slide.
