You will also want to be sure the DHCP client service is running, the NetBIOS over TCP/IP is
enabled and if this is a mutlihomed box, disable the NetBIOS over TCP/IP setting on one of
the NICS (normally the one pointing to the outside).

I was checking the event logs on a DC (Domain Controller) and seen a error stating the
following:
The browser service has failed to retrieve the backup list too many times on transport \Device
\NetBT_Tcpip_{33C62DFD-BE48-40E8-927F-0641CB8B04EC}. The backup browser is
stopping.
This problem just started and I'm unsure of the reason for this. Any insight would be greatly
appreciated.
