master browser issue

I get the message that the master browser has received a
server announcement from the computer 2KWS13 that
believes it is the master browser for the domain.......
MS KB's point to the subnet mask on the client not
matching the server and to change the subnet mask to
match the server. It already does. I read somewhere
there is a registry hack for the client that I can turn
this off on that client? Anyone able to point me in that
direction? Thanks in Advance.

update: I did find the HKLM\SYSTEM\CURRENT
CONTROLSET\SERVICES\BROWSER\PARAMETERS on that client
computer. There are actually 3 instances of this
key...BUT all three indicate ISDomainMaster="False"
So evidently that isn't the only place to hack.

Correct. "False" is the normal setting for ISDomainMaster.
The one you're looking for is MaintainServerList.
