We have a contqacts folder that contains both email addresses and fax
numbers.
By default, it appears that fax numbers always appear in the list of send-to
addresses.
We don;t want to take the time to build a distribution list that excludes
faxes, becuase this has to be updated every time you add or remove a
contact. We don;t want to delete the faxnumbers, becuases these are still
valid for other purposes (not mass mailings). We considered re-filing the
fax number under some other category, but realized this could get out of
hand when trying to manage or clean-up the contacts database.
Is there a way to exclude faxes from appearing in the Send-to list?
