New country/region in dropdown list

I use Outlook 2007 with BCM.
I want to add the new country in dropdown list which appears in phone number.
Montenegro is the new country and I need to add new phone code for
Montenegro.
Montenegro used the same country code as Serbia (+381) but two weeks ago
Montenegro started to use new code (+382) and it's impossible to call any
phone number in Montenegro without new code.
It's the big problem with faxes because I can't send any fax to Montenegro
automaticly.
Is there a way to add Montenegro on dropdown list and country code +382?

I expect this country list in BCM is the Outlook list, and that BCM
does not maintain a country list seperate from the Outlook country
list. If you go to an Outlook Contact, does the country list include
Montenegro new code?

I checked and Montenegro doesn't exist in country list. But it is interesting
that Serbia doesn't exist in Outlook country list too. "Only Serbia and
Montenegro". But in BCM there are Serbia and "Serbia and Montenegro"

Interesting. In my US version, Outlook and BCM have consistent lists,
with one entry for Serba, and one entry for Montenegro (382).

If you have a Serbian, or other localized, version of Outlook, you
should probably check with a local Microsoft office, as they're
probably most familiar with the issue. You should also ensure that
your machines has all the latest updates, in case there's been an
update that addresses the country code change.

If all else fails, you might consider editing the Registry.
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Telephony
\Country List\382]
"Name"="Montenegro"
"NameResourceId"=dword:00006af6
"CountryCode"=dword:0000017e
"SameAreaRule"="G"
"LongDistanceRule"="0FG"
"InternationalRule"="99EFG"

The usual recommendations about backing up your machine, etc, before
editing the Registry apply...
