I am looking for a suggestion on how to delete over 200000 (Yes, this is
correct) messages (near identical)from an executives Outlook mailbox. It
resides on an Exchange 2003 Server and they are using Outlook 2003. I
attempted to use exmerge, but for some reason gets errors on the messages and
won't export them to the PST.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Why export them if you want to delete them?
A way to go would be to apply a filter to your view so only those messages
would show and then use SHIFT+DELETE to delete them all at once.

Outlook appears to have a limit of 4000 messages that can be deleted at once
and I have over 200000 messages to delete. For this reason I am trying to
use Exmerge to Archive them and then delete the Archives.
