marquee & categories

Thanks to Stefan for the reply re CSS. I have another
concern: I need to have MARQUEE and CATEGORIES activated.
How do I do it? Thanks again.
 
Choose Tools, Page, Options, Compatibility, then set all
the drop-down boxes to custom and select all the check
boxes.
