Can anyone tell me how to middle align text in a marquee?

Can anyone tell me how to align text in a marquee to that it is situation in
the middle of the scrolling marquee and not at the top?

select Insert > Web Component > Marquee
click the Style button in the left-bottom corner of the Marquee Properties
dialog box
click Format > Paragraph
