Marquee Answers PLEASE

Fred

I wonder if anyone can help me with a marquee problem. If any kind person
has time could they please take a look at
http://www.stinkyink.com/ and inform me how I can produce the marquee effect
that they have at the top of the page that reads "Click here to receive
etc, etc, etc". I need to know how I can utilize the current marquee
properties that I have on my FP 2002. I've been able to produce the
scrolling text and link it to another page with the form on it but I then
need to be able to utilize the GO (submit) button to 1/. submit the form (no
problem I can get it to do that) BUT at the same time open up another page
of the web which gives them their reward.

My two main questions are: How does one put the text into a box with rounded
corners as in the stickyink marquee and how can I get the go button to do
two task at the same time?

Any help would be most appreciated.

Fred,

That site is using the <marquee> tag. I did a Google search and found this
page which may help:
http://www.htmlcodetutorial.com/_MARQUEE.html

Keep in mind that this tag isn't supported in Netscape browsers earlier than
version 7 (which could mean a LOT of people). As the page says: Usage
Recommendation - use it, but don't rely on it.

If it's key for visitors to see this information, (i.e. will cost you
business/income if they _don't_) you may want to consider a different
approach.

Good luck!
