Margins Change

People send me word files to print. Most of the time they do not print right,
the margins on my computer are different than what they sent me. Why is that
and what can I do to fix it?

I wish I could. I have the only printer on our floor. You would think, the
way they file it, is the way it should come up on any ones computer.
