how do i make margines unmoveble. i have sean some excels where top block is standing stile while u can scroll down..
how can i do that, please help

You should try using freeze panes under Windows on the menubar. Simply
activate a cell and select that option. You'll need to experiment with this
to determine which cell activated will freeze which rows and columns.
