Margin

Hi! For some reason every new word document that I open starts without any
vertical margins ie the text promt starts at the very top of the page and not
a few lines down as normal. Please help me how to fix this problem! I have
looked around for a long time but without any luck. Any help appreciated (it
would be my best xmas gift..). Thanks!
