Margin problem

Hello
A work with Windows Vista.
My problem is when I print the emails, the text is on the edge of the page.
Sometimes it misses the 1st letter.
How to shift slightly the text on the right to leave a margin on the left.

My PC is a SONY VGN-CR31S

Open Internet Explorer web browser>File Menu>Page Setup>adjust the margins
in there, the default setting is 19.06mm.
You can also adjust the printed text size output on the View menu of IE.
