Mapping a network drive

While connecting to a shared folder over the network I am
getting the following error message:

"Currently there were no logon servers available to
service the logon request"

I am able to map to the shared folder from another PC in
the same network.

Your system isn't finding a domain controller to authorize the
connection. Could be a WINS issue, potentially a networking issue.
