MApping a common folder to everyone once they login..

I am having wiindows 2000 server.....once the clients peole login to this
domain with their account i want to map one folder for everyone.it has to
come automaticall in their computer.can you tell me how to do this ..?

net use X: /d
net use X: \\servername\sharename

Thanks for the reply,but i am having one doubt it has to apply individual
account or i can apply in some OU's
