MAPI Error Message

When I boot up, I get a panel on my screen that says "Managed MAPI Service
Catastrophic Failure" and underneath "Unknown Error". When I click "OK" the
same message appears a total of four times. After I've clicked "OK" four
times it disappears. Any clues Guru's ????

VERY HELPFUL - thanks.
I don't have Quickbooks or Norton, so the answer appears to lie in the
deletion of the data file in Business Contacts Manager.
However as I say in my Profile, I'm a mug user, and I cannot find the
'Business Manager Contacts' data file. How do I locate this?
