MAPI error exporting when exporting calendar

When attempting to export my Outlook 2003 calendar to a csv file, I receive a
MAPI Translation Error: 0x80070057

Are you able to export to a different format? If one of the fields being
exported is too long, it could cause an error like that.

Out of curiousity, why are you exporting? Lots of bad things can happen if
you export out of Outlook and back into it so there might be a different way
to do what you want.

Thanks for the reply. I've not attempted to alter any of the fields, but used
the defaults.

I'm exporting to google calendar and don't expect to import back to Outlook.

Ok, good. Exporting out and back into Outlook can have some negative
effects.

When doing the export, try going to Map Custom Fields and drag the
Description over from the To side on the right and try the export then.
