Map Network Drive Not on Right-Click Menu

I've got a remote web drive connected in 'My Network Places' that I'd like
to assign a drive letter to. The right-click menu does not have 'Map Network
Drive'.
I've tried setting the Registry key
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\Explorer\NoNetConnectDisconnect
to both 0 and 1, and neither setting makes it appear.
I can bring up the directory fine with Windows Explorer, and access all the
files, but I have no way to access them within a program like MS Access. If
I try the 'Map Network Drive' under the Tools menu, the 'OK' button always
remains grayed out when I choose it from the Browse list.
How can I do this?

You also need to set this key to "0" in the "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE
registry. It worked for me (as just simply setting the HKCU did no
work).
