Map folder Recycle bin

Hi,

I have a windows 2000 server and drives of this server is
mapped by other users. How can I configure this windows
server so that if a user mapped to this server's drive
deletes a folder and it should go to the recycle bin of
the server and not the user's pc.

The recycle bin works only for local files. For files deleted across the
network, see www.undelete.com
