Perhaps a company rater in general would be good, so we can rate customer service / support / quality of hardware from companies like Videologic, creative, nVidia, AMD, Sparkle, Pine...
I know when I'm trying to decide between two similar cards (like when I was shopping for a Geforce 4 ti4400) a couple of manufaturer reviews would have tipped me one way or another.
