Manuals for Frontpage 2003

OK...This is a very elementary question...sorry! I haven't found a "point & click" answer anywhere! I just upgraded to Frontpage 2003 and would like to print a manual - or at least the "how tos" for the upgrade. Does anyone know how to do that very simple task

Explain "how tos" for the upgrade?
If you have installed FP2003 you have already upgraded
- just open our existing FP webs and run a Tools Recalculate Hyperlinks
