Manually install the active x client

I set up a terminal server for a few users, and made it available over
the web using TSAC. When they log in, they get the offer to install
the active x control, and all is well. However, a couple of users
selected "NO", and now it no longer asks them if they want to install
the active x client, and the connect button is greyed out when they
get to the terminal server login page. I downloaded what I thought
was the active x control, and it just put the remote desktop
connection in their programs directory, and thats not what I want. I
want them to access it in IE like everyone else. How can I get the
active x control where it needs to be so that the connect button works
from the terminal services web logon page?

Thanks

Haven't done this myself, so no guarantees, but I found this with
Google:

"Logon as administrator (or other user with admin rights for local
PC), connect again and choose "yes" when asked."
