Manual Updating of Definition?

I feel like an idiot, like the answer is right infront of
me and I'm overlooking it. But where is it?

How do I manually update the definition file? I can
schedule automatic updates, but I don't see an option
to "check for the latest, NOW."

File/check for updates

And then it says something about auto update, but pay no mind to that. :-}
It will check for updates right now.
