Manual Updates

Will Microsoft have the ability to be manually updated so I
dont have to go online to retrieve them. It would be a
great asset for machines that can't get online due to
adware issues.

Good suggestion, Charles ! If the machine in question is too infested to
access the updates online it would be impossible to remove newer
variants of malware.
