Manual Updates fill add/remove list?

Hi
I notice that the updates I have manually DL'd are all
listed separately under add/remove programs
as "hotfixes"...This seems odd as over time this list
will be huge, if I keep adding updates. Furthermore there
is no indication of size given like in other programs.
Does this happen with automatic updates?
Is there some way to group them? It just doesn't look
tidy at all, when you go to add/remove programs and there
are 30-40 windows hotfixes there...
any advice?

i would like to know that too,if you look in windows
folder theres like 50 uninstall files,whats that ?
