Hi,

a friend and I just got some logitech USB headsets for
chatting VOIP.

His Win2K install is fully updated, as is mine, but his
won't load the driver for USBaudio.
In fact, he doesn't even have the USBaudio.sys in his
winnt/system32/drivers folder.

Any ideas? can we manually install this(and other
associated files?

I have the same problem. I bought a Sony Camcorder and can not get the USB Audio connection to work. The error I get is that it can not find "USBAUDIO.sys". I can not find "usbaudio.sys" anywhere on my disk. I am also running Windows2000. Can i just copy it to my computer and put it in the directory with the rest of they .sys files?
