Manual Download of Spyware Difinitions

Hi,

Not sure if this has been answered before but I have been
scratching my head trying to find out how to download the
latest Antispyware definitions so that I can stick them on
a pen-drive to take home to my other computer which has a
slow dial-up line that makes updating painful.

How do you download the definitions manually?

How to manually download defs:

Right click and "Save target as..."
http://download.spynet.com/ASDefinitions/gcDeterminationData.gcd

http://download.spynet.com/ASDefinitions/gcThreatAuditScanData.gcd

http://download.spynet.com/ASDefinitions/gcThreatAuditThreatData.gcd

MSAS must be closed, shutdowned when you paste these files.
