Managing profiles

I just converted to Outlook after converting to a Pocket
PC. I'm used to Outlook Express where I had two
profiles. I used one for personal emails and another for
work emails.

I'm wondering how I can have two profiles in Outlook,
while keeping things organized and separate in my Pocket
PC as well.

Perhaps you could share your Outlook version so we could answer.
