Managing multiple email accounts.

I am trying to find a way to display my 2 account in Windows Mail in separate
folders on the left side of the window. I assumed that when another account
was added that there woudl be a way to separate you accounts so that you
don't see the 1st accounts emails in the 2nd accounts inbox.
Is this possible or a limitation of the Mail application?
