Managing IP connections with Windows 2000

Windows 98SE had a program WINIPCFG to view IP addresses and leases. Does Windows 2000
have a similar program?
 
From a command prompt;

ipconfig /all


--

Thanks. ipconfig /all shows me my leases.

Is there a GUI, so that I can release and renew leases?

No, there isn't. Also from a command prompt;

ipconfig /release

ipconfig /renew

ipconfig /?
