Managing Identities

I wish to change information in a few Identities I manage.
But when I try to access a window pops up asking password,
which I do not have. This password window pops up even
when I try to delete the user.
The owners also do not know the password.
Running Outlook Express 5.5. How can I change/delete
identity without the password?
