forgotten password on identity

I need some help deleting an identity that is password
protected. I have not used outlook express for over a
year and would like to start again. The problem is that
I'v forgotten the password of my identity. I have tried
every password that I can remember ever using and they
all come up "invalid password". How can I recover the
correct password or delete the identity and start over
with a new identity and password?
