Managing-Adding Approved shell folders

XP Home SP2, 2 users-

Every time we login Anti-Spyware pops up a warning about changinges in our
User Shell folders, specifically the IE favorites and Start page settings.

We have checked & re-checked "Remember this action" but it makes no
difference!

1) Why doesn't Anti-Spyware remember this action?

2) How can the action be made permanent? We tried to do this through the
Advanced tab but only get a list of 2 "allowed" folders with no way to add
other "Allowed" folders except through the non-functioning "Remember this
Action" toggle.......

I don't think there is a good way to modify this behavior on the part of
beta1 except to await the release of beta2, Windows Defender, which we
expect to see by March 31.
