Managed DirectX 9 and C# Standard edition?

Can Managed DirectX 9 applications be developed using the Standard
edition?

Walter,

You should be able to. As far as I know, all you would have to do is
reference the appropriate components, and I can't imagine the standard
edition would limit the components you can reference.
