Manage Archive.pst File - Outlook 2002

I can no longer archive folders in Outlook 2002 SP3 because the
archive.pst file has reached the maximum capacity. Can this capacity
be increased? I don't want to lose these archived files. Can I move
the archive.pst file to another location, and let Outlook start
another one? If this is possible, can I still access the old
archive.pst file when I am looking for something?

The PST file capacities cannot be increased with Outlook versions before
2003. But you can easily create another archive PST file, and start
archiving into the new file.

Most people I know who receive large volumes of emails create a new
archive file every year, e.g. archive2007, etc.
