Bye,
Skybuck.
People are trying to tell you that you need to provide a lot more
information about Mammie's problem if you expect to get any help from
this group.

Bill

I don't need any help from this group, I need help from Microsoft.

Please tell Big Bill his auto-update is not working for sp3 and ie7.

My mommie's computer is at risk.

Goodbye,
Skybuck.

You wont get help from Microsoft here.
This is not a MS Support Site, it is a group of individuals who are willing, and in some cases able,
to help you.
If that is not what you want, go somewhere else

Then call Microsoft at (866)834-8317, but be prepared to give them more
information than you have provided here.

Don't they have e-mail ?

Goodbye,
Skybuck.

No one here works for or represents MS. We're all volunteers.

MS free support for IE7 installation issues ended on 30 June 2008. (It had
been available for close to 2 years.)

Free unlimited installation and compatibility support is available for
Windows XP, but only for Service Pack 3 (SP3), until 14 Apr-09. Chat and
e-mail support is available only in the United States and Canada.
